Shipping time

Standard U.S Shipping:  All orders are handled and processed within 1-2 days. *First class mail can take up 1-3 business days to be delivered for US domestic addresses.

 

International shipping 

We offer international shipping via DHL 

 We are not responsible for another country's taxes or custom/ import charges which may be imposed when your package is delivered or in transit. If you do not pay your duties it may cause a delay or to be held in customs and if you refuse your order. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Please check your local delivery services for more information on delivery status.

 CANCEL AN ORDER

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hour before we have sent our shipping email to you. Please email sales@bestgirlstore.com to cancel your order, please make sure you include your name, address and your order number.


RETURNS

We offer free return within 15 days of purchase please email us sales@bestgirlstore.com


Refusing Shipment

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid Paying duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Best Girl Store. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. please be sure to reach out to us at sales@bestgirlstore.com.

DAMAGE/ DEFECTIVE

 If you received a damage good you have 48 hours from the delivery date to emails us your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to sales@bestgirlstore.com. Our Team will be happy to help resolve it!. Please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@bestgirlstore.com

 

TRACKING ORDER

Once your package has been dispatched you will be sent a tracking information via email on the day your orders are shipped out. Best Girl Store is not responsible for any packages that are delayed in transit due delivery carriers faults. We will try our best to track your page on your behalf and if your item is lost we will place an investigation.
